Join our epic challenge and swim 100 x 100s with us!
- Solo or Teams of 2 or 4+
- Teams can swim in relay style or at the same time, its completely flexible to suit.
- Welcome to sporting clubs, swim squads and coaching groups
- Inclusive, flexible and achievable. All athlete levels can participate. If volunteering is more your thing, come along and help out your peers on the day!
- A community challenge highlighting teamwork & comradery; mental, physical & emotional health benefits; a unique character building endurance event welcome to all, Australia wide!
- Its timing over the Christmas-New Year gives us an opportunity to connect and check in with one another, share this fun adventure with hope, healing & heart.
- Teams of 2 or 4+, you can choose preferred distance between team members. Example a Team of 2, each member swims 5000m, or, one member swims 7000m and the other member swims 3000m. A Team of 4, each member swims 2500m, or, distance split as preferred.

What is the Swim 100 x 100s Challenge?
- One hundred one hundreds (100 x 100s) is a pool swimming distance freestyle interval set.
- Often done on special occasions and during off-season periods for competitive athletes. Also featured as a 'Birthday 100 x 100 Swim' to commemorate a birthday.
- One hundred swims of 100 meters, or a total of 10,000m, is conducted in a pool, either on one consistent interval or performed at different intervals.
- Swim equipment permitted (fins, pull buoy, paddles, band etc)
