Heart of Courage is fundraising for and proudly supporting Can Too. It is expected that athletes hold themselves to the highest personal and professional standards to the Can Too Code of Conduct and its values.
Our mission is to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for volunteers, team athletes, supporters and the community with which Can Too engages. Our conduct on-line and during events reflects the reputation of Can Too. In carrying the responsibility and authority of Can Too athletes and volunteers, we are held to a high standard of conduct and are more open to public scrutiny while representing the organization.
We expect members of our Heart of Courage team to adhere to the policies and position statements of Can Too.
We require our Heart of Courage team members to operate with the highest level of integrity, professionalism and respect for ourselves, other team members and the wider community. Above all, we wish to create a safe environment for our riders and support crew that is free from harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behaviour of any kind.
